Founder Mali Rolph is a highly regarded animal behaviourist and accredited trainer, who as well as running the team is a hands-on walker and trainer herself.  Launched in 2005 with just Mali and her worn out sneakers, See Spot Run quickly picked up speed and today the team boasts a small fleet of doggie-transport vehicles, and a fun and friendly group of qualified, experienced, dog-loving staff.

Mali has been mad about dogs for all of her life, and considers herself very blessed to have been able to create a successful business working with them. Before moving to Australia from her native Canada, Mali spent several years volunteering for Dog Guides Canada, and she loved showing her family's Jack Russell Terriers at trial. Mali holds a degree from Ryerson University in journalism and has written extensively on the subject of dog care and well-being. Mali is the proud mom to Mitzi the mini schnauzer and Coco.

Allison could be classified as an all round animal lover, and the animals love her right back!  Allison has been doing volunteer work for over 12 years in local animal shelters; walking dogs; socializing cats for adoption; rescuing seal pups stranded in Maine; and helping at a wildlife rehabilitation centre in Illinois.

Allison has always loved being around animals, and her caring and light-hearted approach with the dogs in her care is a joy to observe. When Allison isn’t busy with See Spot Run she fosters feral cats to teach them to trust humans so they can find safe loving homes.
